Wisdom of Raj’at

Raj’at will be after the reappearance (zahoor) of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s.) and before Qiyamat. It will not be for everyone but only for a few selected people.

Raj’at has been decided by Allah. He has mentioned about it in the Holy Quran. His divine representatives have quoted traditions concerning it. Scholars have emphasised that believing and accepting the concept of Raj’at is essential. Undoubtedly, there is a definite reason and motive for Raj’at. Its reality will be unravelled only after its actualisation just like the reason for actions of Prophet Khizr (a.s.) were only known at the end. We mention some aims of Raj’at hereunder:
